Do I need sales experience to apply?
No. Our Sales Representative and Sales Management Trainee roles are entry-level, and we provide full training on the product, the pitch and the mindset. We hire on drive, not résumés.
How does pay work?
Compensation at GT Legacy is performance-based, so your income follows your results with no cap. We walk you through exactly how it works at your interview.
Is training provided?
Yes. Every new representative is trained before representing a brand, with daily coaching from team leaders and mentorship from owners who built their offices from the ground up.
Where is the job located?
Our office is at 204 – 79 Torbarrie Rd in North York, Toronto, Ontario (M3L 1G5). Campaigns are run from this office.
Are these full-time jobs?
Yes. Our sales roles are full-time. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and your schedule is confirmed at interview.
How fast can I get promoted?
Advancement is based on results and is measured in months, not years. Every campaign follows the same four-step path: Sales Representative, Team Leader, Assistant Manager and Promoting Owner.
Which brands will I represent?
GT Legacy currently runs two campaigns: Clover, where we were named 2025 Rookie of the Year, and Telus, launched in July 2026.
